Eating at deficit - no results

I eat consistantly under calorie deficit but I'm stuck at the same weight. I never get to where it says I should be in 5 months. Has this happened to anyone else?

Nope. I’m 1.5 pounds from goal after 4 months (almost 15 pounds down). Do you weigh your food using a food scale and log accurately?3

I was stuck in that place for quite a while. I stopped logging (not doing) exercise and using that as a reason to eat more, and stopped relying on calorie information on the database without checking it with the food scale and the packet information. I also slightly lowered the calories to a larger deficit. That seems to have helped.2

Having said that ^ - my weight loss doesn't follow the five week prediction, either way. It's always slower, even though I've set my calories for "fast" loss. I just blame this on being a middle-aged woman with PCOS and borderline thyroid. As long as it's going down, I'm happy.2

Yes, that's it. I'm going to be much stricter with measuring and weighing. I must be under estimating the amount of food.3

These posts might help, and yes, lots of people find that the way they are tracking/logging is holding them back. Being really data oriented and accurate for a couple of months should shine a light on the problem, and then you can start to find the balance between accuracy and sustainability:
