  • If you don't balance your diet with protein, carbs, you will start loosing muscle as well eventually which ultimately affect your health overall. So, if you want to continuously do it, providing your body required material is very important thing.
  • Black coffee without sugar is only fine. Cutting carbs is very important thing in IF.
