Once again ended my day under calories. Had a really long day at work and found it difficult to get motivated for exercise. Managed to just do some wall push ups, kettlebell deadlifts, some kettlebell swings and kettlebell slingshots. Tomorrow is cardio.

Today was Kettlebell single arm deadlifts Wall push ups Dumbell rows Squats And kettlebell slingshots in between every set of every exercise to keep the heart rate up.
