I was sleeved on May 31. How many calories are you eating? How much protein? Enough water? My mom lost slowly. She kept losing, though. She’s now down 80lbs in a year.

I’m feeling fine. No complications. I’m actually playing church league softball until school starts. I weighed today and I’m now down 35lbs.

I was sleeved 5-31-18. 298 was my biggest not including pregnancy. I’m down 30 so far. I stalled for a week with jury duty but I’m back on track. Nice to meet everyone.

My favorite to add to chocolate protein shake is peanut butter. I also freeze banana halves and use one at a time in shakes. They keep longer frozen. Almond milk is a good substitute for regular milk and adds a different flavor. Oatmeal, cinnamon, and vanilla give an oatmeal cookie taste. I’ve done instant coffee so it…
