Same , I actually started this time without weighing . And I’m in 3 weeks now and still haven’t stepped on the scales . This time I’m just doing it and it does kill me not to see if it works but I get very obsessed with numbers so it helps to just ignore it . I did take measurements so I have some point of reference .

Worst time 3 -4 times a day . Currently I’m doing good I only weigh 2-3 times a week . I try to not get to obsessed now :)

I’m pretty much the same weight as you but heavier even and I’m doing just basic . Aiming 2 lb a week ( changing is ones im under 200lb) I don’t think you should restrict yourself to much otherwise you just get upset when you “ fail” aka go over ect . Slow and steady hun :)

Thanks guys ! Vionics has a sale on so might have to bite the bullet and order some online there no store in a 50 mike radius 😂. I don’t mind spending some money if my feet feel better . Thank you for all the info I’m glade I asked now before getting random shoes .💕

Well done ! Took me 3 months to finally quit ww since I was hoping it work but like you said it’s so easy to mess about with when you eat “ free” stuff . I also used to do sw and lost 5 stone ( 3 back on) but again I started to overeat on “ free” I think MFP is reality and I need that smack In the face from time to time…
