Thank you for your responses. I am specifically thinking of setting up a light routine on days off from lifting with cardio, burpees, push ups and sit-ups or planks.

All in all I think it's good for me, I just wanted to know for my own curiosity to gain a bit of insight. Plus this tub is almost empty so wanted to know if something else was worth a shot.

What criteria SHOULD I be using to determine if it is good? I really know nothing about protein supplements....just that I haven't been able to modify my diet to include enough protein with actual foods. (I'm a very light eater, so already feel like I am stuffing my face just trying to eat to maintainance)

I wish I had options honestly, I have planet fitness and that's really it within about 30-45 minutes. That gym sounds amazingthough! .

Lose body fat and gain a bit of muscle, essentially just recomp I guess.

Just going off what my scale tells me.

I was having stomach issues the entire night before and I went to do a set of squats and on the way down it pushed out the largest, and loudest fart of my life!! I now work out at a different gym.

I started the meal plan back up today, plan to start my weight training plan tomorrow to go with it. 20lbs to lose still!

Oh! Then I do have potassium pretty regular then. Brocolli is a huge staple in my diet.....I didn't realize it was rarely on labels...Thank you!

Soda was hard because I missed the bubbles and carbonation most, but I discovered the brand "sparkling ice" sparkling water which sells for $1 at my grocery store and their flavors were great, so that helped a lot.
