  • Last night I meal prepped some Keto Chicken salad. I cooked 1.5 pounds of chicken breast in coconut oil with paprika, salt, and pepper. I chopped 3 stalks of celery, 1/4 cup of peacans, and 1/2 cup of mayo. It turned out really well! For a little added pizzazz I am eating my lunch serving with these Romano cheese crisps…
