Not an aerialist but I do adagio on the ground, and have dabbled on a Lyra a fair bit! I would love to do more but we live in a much smaller place now and it is just not available here - so for now just adagio :)

It depends on where you are perhaps? I maybe don't have very meaningful conversations out and about but have more earnest and meaningful chats with friends in private, cosy, quarters. I do feel like the older I get I am less interested in 'deep' chats with people just for conversations sake - I guard what I say with lots…

Boardgames, nature, cats, and weirdly into circus stuff - hula hooping, fire poi, adagio, and attempts at juggling. Also books. Many books. :)

Defo don't - I had a strange(ish) guy follow me round the gym recently trying to engage in chat and it was weird. I don't even know if he was trying an approach or just keen for a chat but my general rule is I don't want to talk at the gym, or meet new people, or be hit on. I just want to work out. I was on medication (Metformin) last year but am trying to avoid it as it makes me really nauseous even though once on it I find it much, much easier to lose weight. I don't want to take pills my whole life. I have been trying to cut down on dairy which has…

Hey - I'm MB, 29, and also based in NZ! :) I have PCOS (or as I term it 'angry ovaries') which means losing weight can be challenging but makes my life a whole lot better when I do lose weight. I joined a gym last month and tried going regularly for four weeks before adding working on nutrition, which is where I'm at now…
