I've been cooking more (for health and budget reasons!) and its working out great. We have a summer menu , we cook and eat the same thing every week and it works for us.
M: tacos, T: stir fry, W: fish , Th: spagehtti, Fr & Sat: pizza, Sun: lentil soup
I love incorporating veggies that are in season right now because they taste better and are cheaper. I'm now working on our "fall time" menu and would love some seasonal recipes! Would love to hear what your favorites are :).
Thanks!

Why do they have a lot of seasonal recipes?

Edit: Indeed they do! There is a little pull down section of them :) . Thanks!

I like the routine of this, wondering if I could convince the other half!

Perhaps you could put an autumnal curry, stew, or casserole in there? Pot pie? Enchilladas?

    now I am getting hungry...

I'm a huge fan of roasted root veggies in the fall...especially beets. I also start making big batches of soup with end of season summer veggies then freeze some for winter.
