Yes I felt like crap when I wasn't taking vitamins. I'm always low on the vit D especially in the winter months. I also make sure I take a protein shake after a hard workout for muscle recovery.

Burpees are painful. My booty is the last piece of my body to cooperate. After the first 10-15 I just let gravity help me get down the ground. Step up like a lunge and try to pop right back up..*kitten* willing.

I’m 49 and work really hard to keep the fat away. I finally wised up and in better shape now then when I was in my twenties.

Calorie deficit, low carb, high protein, lots of greens. I CrossFit 3-4x a week. Run on off days. Eat small frequent meals and lots of water. And no processed food and sugar if I can help it.
