  • Rock on. I don't believe there's anything wrong with an occasional indulgence. The key word there is occasional. Also I want your cookie dough I will eat it all so you cant put that poisonous crap in you mouth ill take it for the team
  • I keep this one pretty easy. 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 1 cup sugar free vanilla almond milk, protein powder (flavor of your choice. Top it off with no sugar syrup or sugar free jelly, microwave for 4 minutes and go.
  • I do meal prep all week so I have all of my meals ready to go and I just have to pop them in the microwave so on Saturday or Sunday I usually have one meal that's whatever I want and some form of sweet. I fast from dinner the night before to that meal and still try to not go over my daily maintenance calories.
