my brother is a PT and he hears stuff like that from time to time, although he is thorough with his clients, he accepts it as constructive criticism and moves forward. i think you've probably done enough. i wouldn't mention it again.

you might be that weight forever. my dr told me sometimes our bodies get to a place where they are happy and healthy and stop losing.

i once read this: don't let one bad meal mess up your whole day. don't let one bad day mess up your whole week. don't let one bad week mess up your whole month. don't let one bad month mess up your whole year. don't let one bad year mess up your life. it has helped me over the past couple of weeks. there are times we WILL…

my daughter is autistic. welcome and feel free to add me as a friend - we are close in age, i'm almost 48. meals are a S-T-R-U-G-G-L-E for us in our house! OMGosh! picky eater doesn't begin to describe it. plus, meds make her gain weight. it's rough being on a diet in front of her. i try not to let her know.

someone i know has T2D and he was in denial for a very long time. his dr had him on meds but he wouldn't take them. now he has gained even more weight and is insulin dependent. T2D IS REVERSIBLE but you HAVE to see a specialist and get on a specialized diet and meds.

welcome - you know sometimes i felt that way over the past couple of months. even though i don't really see my old thin self when i look in the mirror, i still did not expect to see such a high number on the scale when i decided to lose weight. words of encouragement: short term goals work best and not just scale numbers.…
