Great job! I actually accepted that intermittent fasting is what I will have to do and it really isn’t too hard for me either.

I always eat after. I do cardio in the morning and eat boiled egg weighted and oatmeal about 30 minutes after.

It is an addiction. I’m going to call it what it is. While ‘stop’ seems easy, it’s not. I know to ‘stop’ to do things. I’m looking more for ways to keep me occupied.
