As you can all tell am very new to this Have had some very Nasty reploes which I've deleted so apologies if all new to me . Thanks you for all your tips . I have been what I thought tracking . Been exercising more since end July . I think my calories are too much 1600 a day ?? So may adjust these.

Patience I guess . Decided to hide my scales for a few weeks , get in a rhythm , and forget about weight watchers . I know my body and in the past has taken time to adjust

No j haven't . Just feeling really flat like IL be fat forever and I'm trying for nothing Where can I get meal ideas from too ?

I know it's just disheartening, think I've done weight watchers too long and have been mind set into getting on those scales and they expect a loss... And question why if you don't .

I don't have periods as have a coil. Am 42 and pre menopause . Have been spotting a bit this week .

Just seems like so many calories 1600 to me that's Seema a lot but guess it's not. Maybe I've not been eating enough !!
