Thanks guys! I was told the same thing by my sister too! I am trying to not get too disappointed but as long as I managed to stop binging and control my appetize, that’s all I wanted! I am aware about the risk of losing so much weight fast too. Thank you all for the encouragement! <3

I start to see what you mean! After a week I lost 3.3 kg! I’m so happy and so motivated now that I realized what I was doing wrong! I know that a not very healthy food can actually have so many calories, I am shocked! I learn to know what to eat and what to leave for another day if I really want to eat something yummy! B)
