Hi!
My sister introduced me to this fitness application. I’ve been trying to focus on my weight the last couple years and I find it so difficult as it keeps going up! I never counted calories so I’m gonna take this seriously.
I’ve always been having an unstable weight with really fast changes due to depression mainly (lost 15 kilos once, almost became anorexic) and ever since I had hard time to keep it stable. Binging can be an issue too!
I hope I can track my weight better as I love food but I always aim to eat healthy.
Wish me good luck and I’ll do my best to get back to my goal!

Welcome! I have had a difficult relationship with food too, not as deeply rooted as yours, but anyway, what helped me most, was challenging the way I used to divide food into good and bad, healthy and unhealthy. I find my enjoyment of food is greater now that I consistently eat healthier, because I feel better physically as well as mentally.1

After a week I lost 3.3 kg! I’m so happy and so motivated now that I realized what I was doing wrong! I know that a not very healthy food can actually have so many calories, I am shocked! I learn to know what to eat and what to leave for another day if I really want to eat something yummy!0
