Don't like cod but this tasted quite good considering

Chop them in half and smother them in oregeno. Over bake them for about half an hour and let cool. Stick them on cocktail sticks with mini pickled onions and cheese or with spinach and ham. Wholla. Fussy but fun snacks

Thank you shaf238, i will try to incorporate the sweet potato in as i already have bananas and oats. I am looking more for high carbs with no protein or protein being under 1g though. As i am struggling ro stay within my protein limit. Incidentely found out that agave nectar is quite good in this reguard as i has carbs and…
