Struggling with Macros

I have managed within my first 5 days on here to use my macros on protein right up and most of those days fat too. However i struggle to get enough carbs, when i say enough, i mean im short by at least 150 each day. I love meat so its hard for me to eat less as most carb based things have the protein in them too, meaning i have even less protein then i struggle not to go over. Does anyone know of any high carb/no protein foods that i could eat to get back in the decent range of Carbs? I mean even my fruit and veg have a fair bit of protein in it 🤔. Im looking for both items to be in meals and snacks.

Many thanks in advance xx

Oats, banana, sweet potato to name a few. Depending on your sugar allowance you can also look at fruit juices.

If you're getting enough fiber from leafy greens and fruit, I wouldn't sweat it.

Thank you shaf238, i will try to incorporate the sweet potato in as i already have bananas and oats.

I am looking more for high carbs with no protein or protein being under 1g though. As i am struggling ro stay within my protein limit. Incidentely found out that agave nectar is quite good in this reguard as i has carbs and no protein. Sadly however even i have to admit i cant eat a whole bottle of healthier syrup each day XD

Sabine_Stroehm i just had to check my fibre. I seem to be using half of my dailies. Not sure if that is enough or not
