  • July 1 and 2 Calories under and tracked, however no exercise as caught a flu virus last week which knocked me flat and am still recovering. Also why I am writing 2 days in one. Big congratulations to the winner’s circle people for June! 🌻
  • June 20: My wheels fell off with this over the last few days, but I am in recovery of the situation mode, as well as trying to look my self sabotage in the face. Be back with a ‘yes’ entry tomorrow.

  • I am Caitlin from Sydney. I am back after a gap as I really need to budge (& keep budged) 5 kilos. I lost 4 of them and then put it back on and now it has plateaued. I have a cruise 🚢 later in the year and want to feel great. Thanks for having me back.
