Here it is, Monday morning! Weigh-in is 158.6 and I expected worse since I was away with friends and eating out. I’ll be at the gym tonight and most evenings this week, so I’m hoping for good results!!

Weight loss just hasn’t been happening lately. I go to the gym and do classes many times each week but have fallen off with tracking what I’m eating. But each is a new day. I’ve been at 159 for days so time to step up. Do you guys have fitbits? I could add some friends for more of a challenge.

This is my third round. Staying accountable helps. I’m under 160 now, and I want to get under 150. I take a lot of Zumba classes and others at the gym as well as long walks with my dogs. I fill my water bottle numerous times daily, and have found I really need far less food during the day than I’d thought. 😊

Tracked and way under. Zumba and a kinda brutal weighted exercise class to start the morning. Took the dog for a good walk. Total 14k steps. Lots of water.
