Sunday was 166. Crazy couple days, as I drove up to Seattle and back yesterday for a dog I’m breeding another of my dogs to. The life of showing and breeding dogs is definitely not all glamorous! Ha. On the bright side, I ate little yesterday as I drove.

Start weight 168 Weigh-in 167.4 Yesterday was stressful with family stuff so I didn’t log food. I’m going to Zumba at the gym this morning and likely a good walk later.

Hey there from Oregon! I’ve been away a few months and let’s just say holidays and a Caribbean cruise were very not helpful to my goals. At 168 now and I’ve got to be a big loser again!!

Still at 159. I show my dogs and this weekend we had our breed club regional specialties. Four AKC shows in two days and I was in charge. Who has time to eat?? Maybe the scale will be kind tomorrow....and back to the gym.

I need to get more serious. 159 weigh in. Friday tracked and under 10k steps and just did 20 mins on our home bike in front of the tv.

Tuesday and Wednesday Tracked and under Walked Tuesday, and Wednesday evening was 2.5 hours at the gym doing Chisel, cardio tai box, Pound and Zumba. Nearly 20k steps.
