Nothing is off limits during finals and dead week (never heard of that expression before this challenge....maybe because when I was in University we didn't have a whole week off before finals, just a few days!!) unless you want it to be. Whatever it takes for you to get through to the other side successfully!

I wanted to finish the week even if I ended with three straight nights of Holiday events. I’m still happy with the week cause I lost weight and actually participated with you all again. I said earlier, this was my toughest week this month and it will be over tonight. I feel motivated and will get back on track tomorrow.4 -

@HASWLRS We don't get the week off, but supposedly its dead week because professors can't add on assignments during the last week before finals. Or its just because we're all zombies by this point Thankfully I don't have any exams, just have an assignment to turn in and I'm helping to proctor an undergrad exam. I'll be free on Tuesday!2 -

I haven’t logged in the past three days since my brother & sister-in-law came to visit, & had to catch up on all the posts. Very inspiring!!!! My weigh-in is Tuesday & I would love to have some of the same results!!!

Exercise- yes. Have been doing a lot of walking, especially in our field. My husband has been selling Christmas Trees, but it tends to turn in to more socializing with the neighbors, but does require a lot of walking!!! 🎄

Still at 159. I show my dogs and this weekend we had our breed club regional specialties. Four AKC shows in two days and I was in charge. Who has time to eat?? Maybe the scale will be kind tomorrow....and back to the gym.1
