Exercised: Yes - 30 minute walk / 5 ish minutes of light body weight exercises. Head is fluctuating between light and no headache today. Trying to ease my way back into exercise. Feel bloated and weak. Looking forward to feeling strong again.1 -

You got the exercise down, so that is good. Maybe try a smaller deficit this week so you can ease yourself back into full losing mode. It sounds like you have an all or nothing attitude right now, which is never a good thing.1 -

That is fantastic, Stephanie!! I can't believe, with all of the comfort food that you consumed last week because of your aunt's passing, that you were still able to lose a pound! Maybe the stress of the situation played a role. Regardless, a silver lining for sure.1 -

Exercise- I started light interval jogging again and it was really fun!.
I couldnt access the community yesterday.. we had a power blackout.
Notes:
Horrible big volume sinus mucus spit up with nauseating hacking cough after running... feels like an exercise induced broncho-asthma attack of some sort, lasting 40 minutes every time, but I will just press through it.
my lungs and throat will cleanse itself out and then soon enough I will be back to my enjoyable daily runs again like I used to have.
Coming week I sill start my daily yoga practise also.
Interesting how a bit of mindfulness in eating and exercise can bring about so much positive change.1 -

In spite of your coughing attacks, I am glad you are having fun running again! Very nice loss on the scales this week...I guess you were very mindful of what you were eating! A nice positive vibe to start December with!!!0 -
