    I am starting to get my groove back 😎😎 usually November isn't as difficult as December with keeping it together but I may have been too confident. I am going to be my own drill sargent for December!! My goal was to loose another 10 pounds by my birthday on the 22nd and although that seems difficult I will try to get as close as I can get

    FYI @HASWLRS I'm away from Monday 3rd until Friday 7th, I'm going off grid so I can't participate in daily challenge but I would like to remain in December thread, as an accountability reminder at the end of the week. I will be logging everything and I usually loose more when I'm away because there are no desks for me to sit at! We shall see 😁

    Enjoy your time away. Will you be weighing in on Saturday the 8th when you get back home, or would you like me to transfer your weight for that week?

    I will weigh on Saturday 8th if that's okay? I have learned that knowledge is my friend, despite how bad I may feel about it! This month is going to be the real test for my new lifestyle, no work now until 8th January and I'm notorious for picking at the weekend! (Insert more phys here!)

    Exercised: Yes - 20 minute light walk. Still struggling with the headache. It’s a light to moderate one today. Hoping to be working out for real again next week. This has been super lame.

    Weigh in: 164.4.... :( Not good not good. Had a big dinner the night before so, I assume it’s normally not that bad, but I haven’t been eating good/creating a deficit at all. Still going to the gym 4+ days a week.

    Exercised: Yes - 30 minute walk / 5 ish minutes of light body weight exercises. Head is fluctuating between light and no headache today. Trying to ease my way back into exercise. Feel bloated and weak. Looking forward to feeling strong again.

    Yes, it is hard to lose when family is in town for a visit (wink/wink), but you didn't gain either! Next week we'll see that loss!!

    You got the exercise down, so that is good. Maybe try a smaller deficit this week so you can ease yourself back into full losing mode. It sounds like you have an all or nothing attitude right now, which is never a good thing.

    That is fantastic, Stephanie!! I can't believe, with all of the comfort food that you consumed last week because of your aunt's passing, that you were still able to lose a pound! Maybe the stress of the situation played a role. Regardless, a silver lining for sure.

    Hey, it's a week after Thanksgiving and you are up a pound and a half. I'd say that is acceptable!!

    Exercise- I started light interval jogging again and it was really fun!. :smiley:

    I couldnt access the community yesterday.. we had a power blackout.

    Notes:
    Horrible big volume sinus mucus spit up with nauseating hacking cough after running... feels like an exercise induced broncho-asthma attack of some sort, lasting 40 minutes every time, but I will just press through it.

    my lungs and throat will cleanse itself out and then soon enough I will be back to my enjoyable daily runs again like I used to have.

    Coming week I sill start my daily yoga practise also.

    Interesting how a bit of mindfulness in eating and exercise can bring about so much positive change.

    In spite of your coughing attacks, I am glad you are having fun running again! Very nice loss on the scales this week...I guess you were very mindful of what you were eating! A nice positive vibe to start December with!!!
