Day = It's my birthday, I had aimed to stay on loss calories (1200) but splurged on lunch, I expect I will end up at 1500ish. (Nom nom nom!) Keeping the calories low for evening meal but I will be having birthday cake - it is carrot cake so not too bad in my book Really pleased I managed to have the splurge at lunch, when I had opportunity to work it off and not just go to bed with a full belly!

Hi, gang. I am still here, just a little busy....having our good friends to our place tonight for dinner. Just popped in to see if I had any weights to enter and who I am still missing. I will have more time tomorrow to get caught up on all of your posts.

Was down to 296 earlier in the week, but Thanksgiving came. I ate pretty well but lacked on my water intake and no workouts. Joined a personal trainer (for free from my school district for 4 sessions) then I'll continue a few times a week. We'll see how that goes. Monday I am back on the straight and narrow until Christmas. I will allow some cheat holiday time again there. Until then. None.

Under calories: No - was over my goal by 127
Exercised: No - I spent until 330pm out and about with my kids and had a migraine hit when I got home. Plans for exercise went bye bye and my calories went over as I tried to feed the pain to make it go away. Didn’t work. Although the migraine has gone down to a really bad headache now, so maybe leftover pancakes was the right call after all.1 -

I opted out of this weeks mini challenge because of the time constraints and constant food deliverys. It's been a tough week but I am looking to get back into my exercise and proper eating tomorrow. I have too, starting to feel gross from the rich, chocolatey, greasy food. It was good at first, don't get me wrong but four days later and I'm starting to feel like crap3 -

Exercised: No - Woke up with the migraine I had yesterday. Managed to stay under calories but ended up eating way more carbs and less protein than normal. Under calories but feel a bit bloated and unhealthy eating the way I did today.1 -

@HASWLRS Hey there! Yes, I have been quite out of it this month and definitely slipping back into old, unhealthy habits. The only thing I’ve been consistent with is going to the gym at least 3x a week.
Going forward I am hoping to track what I eat. I’ve got some food prepped for this week and hopefully I’ll see some success from that!1 -

Not a huge loss but predictable. I only made it to the gym once and had some social events where it’s really hard to track calories (total guesswork in fact).
One night out this week - going for tapas, all other meals planned until Friday then up to the in laws for the weekend (the real danger - they like to feed us up!)2 -
