I eat what ever I want but try to stay within the cal. limits or just off a bit however, I always feel guilty if I eat like a piece of cake or drink a coke so I have to go to the gym so I don't feel so bad.

I remember weighting myself for 3 months and no change but losing inches then one day there it was 15lbs. less. I couldn't believe it.

That's what I'm working on now but need suggestions. I don't like fruit or protein bars.

I do as well, sometimes I feel I'm constantly counting cal. then living my life so I just stop for a while and be more cautious of my daily intake. You do what ever you have to do to keep going and gets you to your goal.

I try to go to the gym after work and before dinner but since I have lunch at 11a and get home till 4p, I'm already hungry and if I eat then I have to wait a while before I go to the gym by then I most likely don't go. I started to work out and manage my meals due to diagnoses of diabetes.

I started to use a workout journal to remind me all the work I done so far and that I can continue even if I hit a bump on the way.
