  • You're taking the first step and that in itself is a big deal but like stated above start with small changes and move one from there. Also make sure you have a good support system. Find friends close to you or on here that will help keep you motivated. Remember to do this for you first and foremost. Best wishes.
  • Set out small goals and work your way up. The calorie count definitely helped me to see what I was eating and maybe didn't need to eat everyday. I love pasta and bread so the calorie counter keeps me honest. Take a look at recipies that are posted there is something for everyone. You got this!
