Hello. I am new to all of this and it seems like a daunting task right now. overwhelming to say the least. Where do i start?

Hi, Valrie58,
I'm having good results starting with the calorie counter. It's pretty easy to add your foods and exercise each day. (But I've only been on for two weeks...)

Set out small goals and work your way up. The calorie count definitely helped me to see what I was eating and maybe didn't need to eat everyday. I love pasta and bread so the calorie counter keeps me honest. Take a look at recipies that are posted there is something for everyone. You got this!1
