  • To piggy back off this comment....I weigh 220lbs and my protein intake with macros is 189. However, I didn't get my numbers using mfp. If using premium, it allows you to turn off calories added from exercise.
  • 68 pounds!! That's a great achievement! I'm very new to tracking macros, so I don't have much to offer there. However, I have yet to meet someone that followed it precisely and did not see results. I believe it's safe to say that it works. Correct me if I'm wrong, but most of your exercise is in the form of cardio, right?…
