Pre Workout Snack?
I've read a lot about having a snack before working out. It is supposed to help with glycogen levels, especially when following up weight training with cardio. Time to get serious
Hi everyone. I just upgraded to premium today. I'm gonna start following a flexible eating program. I'll basically be tracking my macros. I'm in fairly decent shape, however I could stand to drop a few pounds. I'm currently 223lbs and I have set a goal weight of 210 to start. I feel if I can grab ahold of my nutrition, I…
