Hi everyone. I just upgraded to premium today. I'm gonna start following a flexible eating program. I'll basically be tracking my macros. I'm in fairly decent shape, however I could stand to drop a few pounds. I'm currently 223lbs and I have set a goal weight of 210 to start. I feel if I can grab ahold of my nutrition, I will have no issues reaching my goal weight. I'm in the gym 5 to 6 days a week. I do traditional weight training and I usually mix in high intensity interval cardio afterwards. I would love to hear from anyone that may be in the same situation as myself. I always like to bounce ideas off other people to see what and what has not worked. Look forward to hearing from some of you. Good luck

Rich

Hi Rich! I lost 68 pounds and "found 15" back after a running injury. I've been faithful to fitness. I am a cardio drumming instructor, I've run 6 half marathons, and I go to Burn Bootcamp 5 times a week, but I can't seem to shed those 15 pounds. I've decided to track my macros and am following a trainer's recommendation of 140p/130c/40f. It's a struggle to stay in those numbers, but I'm determined to do it!

68 pounds!! That's a great achievement! I'm very new to tracking macros, so I don't have much to offer there. However, I have yet to meet someone that followed it precisely and did not see results. I believe it's safe to say that it works. Correct me if I'm wrong, but most of your exercise is in the form of cardio, right? Do you think you could shed that 15 if you incorporated some sort of weight training to supplement your cardio?
