I’m back to the grind as well. Can’t seem to stay focused or on track. It’s like 2 step forward and 3 steps back. And it doesn’t take very much effort for me to gain. 😞

You and I are in the same boat. MFP has helped me in the past - it's great - but boy have I fallen off the wagon. So here I am again. I don't know how it happened, I've always been health conscious and stayed pretty fit - but I am at least 15 pounds overweight. Annual bloodwork came up lousy to boot - high Triglycerides…
