My Pilates journey mimics yours. I find that I walk for erect, I look thinner due to my improved posture. I am stronger. I am flexible. I still do studio Pilates because my instructor is constantly challenging me.

I do Les Mills Body Pump which is fast paced lifting with low weights (my bar is 4.4 pounds and each plate is 2.2 so a total of 8.8 pounds).
