Fat loss. I can sit and bend forward to fasten my trainers AND I can do it with my knees together. My tummy no longer gets in my way.
Discipline. I can resist snacks thanks to time-restricted eating (16:8).
Stamina. My newly-attained daily Walking for England habit (initially a slow hour, now 4-5 quick miles) has changed my life.
