Lost 1.8 lbs for the month. On Target. Going to aim at drinking the recommended amount of water. I'll see if it helps or harms my weigh-ins.

I'm 47 and out of shape. The goal is to be living healthy and physically active for my 50's. One day at a time. Off to an excellent week. Love dropping pounds.

Just for today I will start a plan to live more healthier. I will read up on nutrition and spend some time meditating. Just beginning this journey and hopefully I will pick up a few friends on the way.
