i am too again rejoining MFP, i think it's like 3rd time too, this time i am definitely doing the community thing and talking, (something i never really tried before) and it helps, talking with other people who are going thru what you are definitely ups the "i'm staying with this" factor. take it slow, i plan to only watch…

same, stepped on the scale at my routine physical on tuesday, and i weighed 209, i weighed 190......in 2006......9 months pregnant and my daughter was 9lbs born. Turning 40 in 2 months, and i hate that i actually "like" the mom jeans....hides my tummy.

I'm ready for this journey! Turning 40 this year, got on the scale at my physical yesterday. And I'm 10lbs heavier than I was pregnant with my daughter......9 months pregnant......12 years ago! So 40 for 40 is my goal. I'm most worried about meal planning. I'm kinda the run around shoving food in my mouth, in between taxi…
