There is even salt in packaged spinach an kale due to the fact its washed in salt. When reading labels make sure to account for the number of servings as well since it may seem low though once you start adding the servings its insane.

Worst experience // advice going to a registered nurse dietitian an the lady not taking into account my exercise or how active i am. The real sad part is how much damage she will due giving that type of advice to others.

@JorrunFulhelm thank you i was close to 400 an got down to 160 though with help with MFP i have been able to gain some weight at moment my weight stays around 170-175. The toughest part i have is making sure to eat enough for the cardo i am doing.

Sounds like being depressed an non motivated plus it does not help the way over weight people are treated in this world. Having lost 200lbs i can understand both sides of the coin. Exercise an proper diet will help put you into a positive progressive path an hopeful the mind will follow.

To be honest if it was more then $10 a month it would not be worth it with the lack of classes an lack of equipment though at $10 a month i can justify the cost since i use it for cardo an do weights at home.

I have been where you are in the past. Walking helps a lot as does doing planks as you become stronger try using very low weights an its Safer using machines then free weights less chance of making things worse.

At the moment i have decided to just input my activity's into MFP manual an allow MFP to calculate the calories burned i just hope that i do not lose to much muscle doing it this way though only time will tell.

The base amount of calories i need to eat at active is 2420 when i log my steps i have a surplus of close to 2k an a total of 4k+ which is what i am required to eat. My guess is that MFP most active setting will not account for walking more then 5 miles at a time. Yesterday i went to the gym an when i added my activity's for only one hour of activity i was given 800 calories. The time before that when i spent two hours at the gym it accounted for well over 1k+ calories. So i can truly…

I tried eating 4k calories a few days i burned over 1k+ calories though i felt worse doing so.
