I would say 90% of my food is clean an every once in a while i eat something processed though not normal. The majority of my sugar comes from fresh organic fruit.

Get a set of dumb bells or use your own body as resistance or even get resistance bands all will work.

@paperpudding i guess i touched on a sensitive subject. Looking at your diary your a prime example of why i said what i said, your eating more snacks then your breakfast an your dinner combined. You almost ate as much for your biggest meal as compared to your junk food.

Don't see anything wrong with eating things like that once in a while if it fits into your calorie goal. Though would it be a good idea to make it your only source of food no. Not because of losing weight more to do with the other health problems you may end up with.

The reason it is so costly is because your getting a trainer. Do you need one? Only you can decide if its an investment you want to make.

No though i have a problem with not eating enough calories so it helps so i do not get run down. If i only ate when i was hungry i would only eat like once or twice a day if that.

I have learned that it depends on the milk if its organic grass feed i wont get sick. If its not then it will be coming out of me as soon as i ingest it.

Due to two slip discs an sciatica pain along with cancer i had to take fentanyl patch's every 8 hours an be on Dilaudid every four hours due to extreme pain. The longer you been doing something the more your body has been conditioned an the higher your endurance an stamina is so it is much more difficult to reach your limit.

I can not speak for every one though for myself i enjoy pushing myself to new limits once i find something that is to easy. I will increase the reps or the weight or find a way to make things more of a challenge though that of course is personal choice.

In the summer there isn't a air quality where i will not ether walk or drive to the gym. In the winter the air quality does not matter if i can open the door i will ether drive to the gym or walk there depending on how much snow is on the car. On nice day's i walk anywhere from 5-8 miles.
