Oh, didn't know they have lesmills on demand. I've been doing bodycombat, bodyattack and bodypump at my local gym. The classes are free for membership, so it's actually worth it.

I like the soreness after a workout lol and compare progress photos are kinda my motivations. Whenever I'm in a fitness class I always compare myself with the trainer/ people that doesn't seem tired at all, might be weird but I always try to push my limit, like I really want to nail that workout, so I'll keep going lol 😂

I'm afraid to try diets coz of possible rebound in the future so I went with calorie deficit and now recomp, and it's working well
