Don't take potassium supplements without talking to your doctor and getting bloodwork. You can seriously mess yourself up if your sodium/potassium levels get out of balance. MFP always says I'm not getting enough potassium, but I know that I am because I just had my physical and my levels were fine, and I know I eat enough…

As an example, when I lose weight, I lose it first my, ahem, chest area (major bummer), then my face, then my arms and legs, and, if I really stick with it, I eventually lose some belly fat. I swear it's the part that really bugs you that comes off last, lol.

I went to the gym this morning, planning on some quality treadmill time. A workout class was about to start, so I decided, "Why not?" and did that instead. Wow, that was intense, lol. Strong by Zumba is no joke. Squats, lunges, burpees, pushups...I'm sore already!
