Any type of dessert other than fruit/nuts or yogurt, one taste of any other pudding and I go into piranha feeding frenzy mode ... not a pretty sight

How can I be so stupid I get up at 04.50 am to get a 7 mile walk in before work then I emotionally over eat to the tune of 237 calories over my allowance ~ so disappointed in myself this makes it the 3rd pass day for me :(
