Nope, I don't find pictures of me particularly inspiring or motivating, so I tend to use pictures of strong women. I try to make sure that they have a motivational quote or at least a website so that my friends know it's not me. I want to keep my eyes on where I'm going. You're retaining water and other good stuff needed for muscle repair. Trust the process and don't get hung up on the scale. Take measurements and pictures regularly. How fast it comes off is going to be up to your body.

My aunt was one of those women who would withhold and made sure everyone in the family knew. She wanted a new ring, nothing til she got it, a new car, nothing til she got it, and on and on. She is no longer married to my uncle. It made enough of an impression I knew I'd never do it.

The thing is, since you and cris are both single parents, I'm sure your responsibilities play into your sexual activities more so than a single person with no children. If it were just about sex, I imagine you both could find someone to scratch that itch.
