You may not have to do anything more than a standard warmup at first. It does progress quickly, though, and you will reach a point where you KNOW you have to get your lift warmup sets in. I have found it more or less intuitive.

I had to cut out caffeine, also. If I can catch it coming on quick enough, I do this self talk thing. I don't take any medications or supplements now but I have in the past. If you journal episodes you'll get a better idea of what your triggers are and how to address them.

Wrong, her husband is in a position where he needs to protect himself. Not because he can't control himself but because if he always has an open door policy, it will make it that much harder to prove misconduct accusations by someone looking to cause problems.

I kept having problems with the ice watering everything down. You may have to add a little liquid (coffee, milk, creamer)

I freeze coffee into cubes. Then I blend the cubes with chocolate pp and sweetener. Tastes almost like a mocha frap.

A bee in a can of LaChoy Chicken Chow Mein. A friend found larva in Hershey's Kisses. She contacted them and they sent her coupons. Sadly, it seems to be a common occurrence for them.

You're body has been through hell and back the last few years. Maybe it just needs a break. Talk to you dr about possibly changing meds. You may need to find your maintenance number and eat healthy, nourishing things for a while. I'm not saying cut anything out, just put the emphasis on the good stuff.
