Hey there, I'm a mom of two and really struggling to find time to work out. I'm on keto and intermittent fasting and it's working wonders so far! I'm down 12 lbs in two weeks.. although alot of that is probably water, I feel great!

Hey I'm doing keto along with intermittent fasting. It's more of a lazy keto but I've lost 12 lbs so far, I started 2 weeks ago 🙂
