Starting a new diet. Could definitely use some advice on activities to do. Single mom of two toddlers, so my time is limited between work and kids. Any ideas on short workouts to do at home would be really helpful!

Hey there, I'm a mom of two and really struggling to find time to work out. I'm on keto and intermittent fasting and it's working wonders so far! I'm down 12 lbs in two weeks.. although alot of that is probably water, I feel great!0
