  • A pull up bar attached to the back facade, maybe rings hanging on them, plus a kettlebell, all that can survive any weather conditions and won't take space in your (nice) backyard and you're ready for tons of functional workout.
  • Hi everyone. 45 here, so happy with the results with Keto that I am today moving to Paleo and starting more serious training to actually gain some weight. Time to stop losing and start putting something in!
