  • Perfect timing for the intro, Pass Day #1 for me. Unplanned, it started with a boozy phone lunch date with friends. One glass of wine turned into one glass of wine and three martinis!!!! Lol so I ate half a pepperoni pizza for dinner to soak it all up. It was fun and I think we needed to let loose.

I got a half hour early morning run and a half hour afternoon walk. Also had an online one hour yoga class. Still struggling with hunger but feeling good about my exercise level.
