I do carry it in a ziplock. Maybe keeping a little cloth in there too would be enough for me to dry a finger to use on the screen.

@PastorVincent I live along the trail in MD and run there several times a week. I have run on it in PA too (around Connellsville, my Mom was from Uniontown). I've got the same issue with my phone and sweating. Sounds like you had an adventure that ended in ice cream with your wife. How can that not be a win?

Just my lean mass has me overweight for all but sprinter and non-runner on the stillman calculator. The racing weight book includes age and your current body fat percentage and gives a much more conservative target (it'll be even more conservative early next year when I pop into the next age group ;) ).
