make sure your drinking enough water, when I eat a lot of salty foods I retain water also, so the more water I drink the faster my body flushes the sodium out...I eat a lot of berries when I crave sugar and I use monk fruit sweetener

I just made 2 eggs over easy with sautéed mushrooms, onion, kale. and 1 raw tomato.

I DONOT eat pork, it causes inflammation in the body , pork is high in inflammatory omega-6 fats. Inflammation causes an immune response and slows down your metabolism.

I was wondering same thing... like for instance ,...my breakfast this morning, I had one whole egg, one egg white ,a whole avocado and some salsa.. my fat macros are higher than they should

I recently joined the gym,and taking group classes has helped alot! If I'm doing my own workout I use pandora and listen to the station " pop and hip hop power workout"

THAT HEALTHY EATING PLATE IS GREAT ADVICE!! IM TRYING TO EAT FOR VEGGIES...I CAN EAT FRUIT ALL DAY BUT THE SUGAR IN IT I HEARD ISNT THE BEST...AND I SWITCHED TO LOW FAT OR FAT FREE EVERYTHING....COMPLEX CARBS ARE MY NEW BEST FRIEND, I GAVE UP SIMPLE CARBS... 1 DAY AT A TIME!
