I read about this 5:2 fasting .... 5 days u eat regularly & 2 days u fast or u can eat 500 calories for woman (600 for men)

I have mine at 1000 calories . And I even tried putting It lower & It let me. Also what foods are you eating for 1200 calories ? If ur eating calorie dense foods you should be fine. It’s all about what you’re eating , are you also working out?

Hiiii!!! I’ll join you! I def need a ton of encouragement ! I go back and forth from using MFP! But I need a weight loss social media app that encourages me and there are others like me that struggle that I can connect with .

Nutrisystem & those sorts of programs are filled with a ridiculous amount of sodium in their foods. It’s horrendous for you. I would never recommend that. I’ve done weight watchers and that worked also I’m currently doing Herbalife & that works as well.

I’ll help you! If you eat a ton of veggies & fruits, they’re ñow in calorie but they fill u up due to the high content of fiber . I’ll add you!

No, one ‘bad’ day won’t do anything to you. Just like one healthy meal won’t make u skinny, one bad meal won’t make u gain weight. I eat very low calorie during the week & during the weekend I eat over 2000 and I don’t gain .
